1. Provision of Service
RhoBill Systems East Africa ("RhoBill") provides a cloud-native MikroTik network management, AAA authentication, voucher management, and automated payment settlement platform for Internet Service Providers ("Operators"). By creating a tenant organization or connecting a MikroTik router to RhoBill, you agree to these Terms.
2. Transparent Pricing & Platform Fees
RhoBill operates on a performance-aligned model with no fixed monthly subscription tiers. The platform applies a 2.0% platform processing fee upon withdrawal of collected funds from the operator tenant wallet. 100% of customer gross payments are deposited into your tenant wallet immediately upon successful M-Pesa transaction confirmation.
3. Network Security & Router Automation
Operators are responsible for safeguarding their WinBox credentials, API passwords, and administrative access tokens. RhoBill utilizes end-to-end encrypted WireGuard tunnels and RFC-compliant FreeRADIUS caches. RhoBill shall not be held liable for misconfigurations caused by manual command tampering outside the automated control plane.
4. High Availability & Service Level
RhoBill targets 99.98% platform control plane availability. In the event of an upstream cloud outage, existing local FreeRADIUS caches on deployed MikroTik gateways ensure active subscribers remain authenticated and online without disruption.
5. Account Termination
An operator may terminate their tenant account at any time. Any remaining wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold (KES 50.00) may be settled to the operator's verified M-Pesa B2C phone number, Paybill, or Till prior to closure.
